I ate here with my family for my birthday. It was really fun and the food was good! But if you get the dino bites kids meal do not have it cooked well done, they were like hockey pucks. I had the sirloin steak, and mashed potatoes. It was good. The service was great, and so was the atmosphere. The wait to be seated is fairly long, but you can call an hour ahead of time to be put on the wait list. If you have a peanut allergy do not eat here as there are peanuts everywhere. Also, it is loud and crowded, but we enjoyed it! I would definitely eat here again.

My hubby and I brought our son here for a New Years Eve dinner... He ordered the prime rib and it was very good! Our son had the Mac n cheese and fries and of course he enjoyed! I had a house salad and a bowl of soup, mine was very good as well! The boys are up their buns and cinnamon butter like crazy. They have call ahead seating and we did not due to it was a last minute decision but we only waited like ten minutes. The waiter was phenomenal and very attentive! He never let our drinks get half empty and continually checked on us. The only downfall to this place is the noise.. It is loud but worth it for a fun atmosphere.. Our son was dancing to the music during dinner!! We have been here before and will go back again!

I have never been to Texas Roadhouse in my life until a week ago when I had dinner with my friend. The complimentary buns and spread are tooooo die for. So yummerz. I have been here a total of 2 times now and both times I have ordered the ribeye and ribs combo. The ribeye is cooked perfectly for me each time and how the meat falls off the rib bone always amazes me. The flavor is so wonderful!!! They forgot my dipping sauce for my fries last time when I had take out but not a big deal. Just sad I couldn't have that delicious sauce to dip my fries in.

Texas Roadhouse never disappoints!! The rolls and apple cinnamon butter is my FAVORITE!! Great service and great food!! The four stars is only for the mishap on on the coca cola dispenser. The flavor was wrong for each drink and when fixed, it still tasted funny. Minus that....always a favorite!!

It's a chain restaurant. There are things I love and hate about chain restaurants. If you've been to one, you've been to them all (or at least that's how it should be). That being said, I actually like Texas Roadhouse despite my dislike of country music. Which they play at obscene volumes. Constantly. Did I mention the staff sometimes busts out in line-dancing? Well, they do. I'm not sure what triggers it. Maybe the sheer joy of working for this company just moves their spirits. I wouldn't know. Just for walking in, you get an endless supply of cinnamon butter and freshly made, pillow-soft dinner rolls. I would walk in for these alone. In fact, it's usually what gets me there in the first place. The menu is a good size with something for everyone. (Unless you're vegetarian. Meat is kind of their thing.) I had the ribs, and while they were a little over-caramelized, they were still fall-off-the-bone tender. Our server was VERY friendly. Almost too friendly. Since a few people from our party admitted they'd never been there before both our server and one of the managers kept coming to our table to ask how things were, offer us coupons, ask us to sign up for their birthday mailer, etc . ad nauseum. I suppose I'd rather have too much attention than not enough, though.

Cold mashed potatoes served with chicken fries steak, cold gravy. My wife's burger was grossly undercooked and by that I mean raw. They took the burger back and microwaved it and brought the same burger back which made it all the more disgusting. Will my be back. Aye their twice and found issues that I would deem important not adequately resolved either time.

Stopped on through for some dinner and a few brews. The place was jumpin. Sat at the bar and chummed it up with the bartenders and listened to all the waitstaff sing "Happy Birthday" to about 20 different people! I didn't care for that so much. The chicken fried steak I ordered was OK at best. My colleague's baked chicken was terrible. He ended up getting it taken off the bill because it was so dry. The peanuts and bread were about the best thing they had going. Overall, the place is good. Lots of TVs, plenty of parking and seating available. From what I understand they just opened a month ago or so. If the service wasn't good, I'd probably not go back. Check them out if you're in the area. They brag about their ribs, but I know better that a chain outfit like this can only be so good. Besides, this wasn't the first time I had been to a Texas Roadhouse. I've had the ribs before in another state location. They are good from what I remember in the past. I would have to try them again to give them a fair rating. YOU be the judge I guess. I will be going back next time I am up in the area.

Let's start with the food. Food is between good and really good (not great). I am a fan of the steak and pulled pork. My husband likes the porkchops best and the kids like the steak bites. The loaded baked potato is worth the extra $$. For adult meals, you get to order your main dish with 2 sides....potato, soup, salad, sweet potato and a few others. You automatically get REALLY yummy bread with cinnamon butter when you are seated. You can get more baskets of the bread, all you have to do is ask (which they don't always tell you). The prices are fairly reasonable. Our family of 5 can eat for less than $50.00 with pop. We have always had good service. They refill your refillable drinks promplty and bring out your soup/salad ASAP. The only downside I could say is that half way through eating your main dish, they seem to hurry you up to get you out so they can seat the next guests. If you get there during a busy time and need to wait, the system they have is a little frustrating. You get your buzzer and wait in their designated area. It seems like they always tell you 5-15 minutes less than what you will wait. Then when you get buzzed you end up standing in a different waiting area for about 5-7 minutes. For my husband and I, this is fine....but the kids get a little testy about the extra waiting area wait. All in all, this a family favorite. We just try to get there before the big crowd arrives. One big plus is you can actually make a reservation, unlike it competitors in the area.

Went on mothers day and it was slammed. We had a party of nine and there wasn't an open seat in the house. Cool atmosphere. I ordered a smokehouse burger... Probably the first time I've had to eat a burger with a fork. It was massive. Fries were great. But I ordered my burger cooked medium, and it was QUITE rare. I'm not a picky guy and I'm not opposed to rare meat (unlike everyone who I was dining with), but it even made me a little nervous. I ate it because I'm not a snob and I understand how crazy it was, but on this occasion I can't give it more then two stars. If I go again, I'll try a steak.

The 20-25 minute wait wandered into 35-40 minute territory. After sitting on our comfy bench, we were buzzed--then sent to a 3rd up next position! This meant we had to stand and wait until one of the four hostesses actually had a table! How strange! This took another 5 minutes of standing around! Weird! Bread was yummy, rattlesnake bites were really good! Kids chicken strips were good, chicken portabella was very good. Signature ribs were cooked excellent, bit sauce lacked flavor. Steamed veg were good too. We would try the steak next time.

Go for the steak, stay for the buns. My kids really like this place, especially because of the delicious buns with the cinnamon butter. They gobble them up like they are popcorn. All in all, I like Texas Roadhouse. The food is competitively priced and is always very good - whether it's their burgers, steaks, chicken, I've always like it. You get free peanuts before your meal and can toss the shells on the floor. The atmosphere is a country bar, very casual, high energy. Take someone there for their birthday and see what happens.

One of the main reasons I love this place is because I can eat peanuts and throw the shells on the floor. I was back in MN visiting from Cali so I came here with my parents and a friend. I ordered as follows: - 1 excessively large New York Strip - Mashed Potatoes and extra gravy - Steak Fries with extra gravy - Hella beers The steak is great, cooked perfect. Most places I would prefer to cook my own strip, but they seem to get it right here. One thing I dislike is that sweet butter with the rolls. Just give me some regular butter and I'm set, no need to sugar up bread unless your going to call it french toast and fry it.

Food is good to great. Their prime rib and top sirloin are very competitively priced. And the cinnamon butter for the rolls is excellent. Service can be very good, but can be a little annoying when the servers are forced to line dance and nobody is dropping off your food. But, I'm aware that they do it as a form of entertainment. Price is very reasonable for a steakhouse. The unlimited bread and peanuts can fill you up quick. Most entrees also come with two sides. Just be careful, as I have had several steaks that I requested to be medium-rare, only to be cooked medium or medium-well.

I feel like this place is very overpriced and overrated. The food is so so at best, there are so many better places to get food in St. Cloud for a quarter of the cost. The best things this place has going for it are the bread and the peanuts.

Live 90 miles away, and Saturday was my second time visiting. I probably won't go back. Table was not cleaned off from previous dinners, menus were stuck together, dirty forks and dirty glasses. The only comp we got was a card for a free app for our next visit. LAME!
